Don't believe the 1 star review, because they obviously don't know how to use this product. This is a WINTERIZIER. I'll tell you how to use this. 1) Mow your lawn 3" cut, or down to 2.5" as the lowest option you can go. 2) If you have never De-Thatched or if it's has been a few years, then De-Thatch in a grid pattern (First one direction, then the opposite. Just like mowing stripes in the grass). 3) Rake up all the dead grass that comes up. 4) Aerate your lawn, same like De-Thatching do it in a grid pattern. 5) Over seed your lawn. 6) Put down Peat Moss. 7) Water thoroughly everyday for the next 5. You want to keep the yard moist, at all times.
