BUYER BEWARE, Seller is non responsive

This seller is a nightmare and short shipped items so the bed could not be built properly and it HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS of going back and forth and still don't have the proper parts and the bed is not built. We ordered on behalf of a client and are so embarassed. I would love to speak to customer service about this horrific and time wasting experience.
