Perfect fit, but be careful with installation.

I thought it would be too big, but it wasn't. Something to note, be gentle with it. I used a flat head screwdriver to get the tire onto the wheel, and I saw a little dot of green slime on the end of the screwdriver, so be careful. No issues yet, but it was a close one.

Don't listen to the people saying this is junk...

People that are saying this is junk or has leaks clearly don't know what they are doing. You cannot use any metal tool to install these nor to take off the tire to begin with. You have to use a bike tire removal tool or do like I did and use plastic body pillar tools sold at Harbor Freight. They worked perfectly and i installed this on a 24 1 3/8 tire. These were thicker then the stock tube I pulled out from the wheelchair tire.
