Instructions

Pumping 101: You and the cylinder should be well lubricated before using. The pump is attached to the cylinder via the quick release connectors. Upon operating the pump a vacuum is created. The most frequent problem is impatience and pumping too hard and fast. Too much vacuum can cause temporary bruising, water blisters, red pinpricks, etc. Proceed slowly, be patient, and increase the vacuum gradually over an extended period of time.
