one chair is great, the second one creaks

First of all, the chairs are not brown. They are gray. The color on the box said ANCIENT GRANITE. fortunately this was ok in our space, but others BEWARE Tracking and delivery information was non existent. neither us or walmart was able to obtain any information from the seller. No response to messages after receiving a text saying that they had been delivered when they had not. Chairs ultimately arrived. Aside from the color issue, the chairs are very comfortable and attractive. HOWEVER, one of the chairs has a horrible creaking sound coming from the back piece. AGAIN, attempts to reach the seller have gone unanswered. These chairs are available from MANY other sources at the same price. DO NOT buy from Homesource . All i asked for was a replacement back piece. As I cannot get a response, I have started a full return and am going to purchase the same chairs elsewhere. Getting Walmart involved is next step.
