Works great. I would highly recommend it. We used it to change small flood lights on very high ceilings. My only two negatives are our has a small plastic piece that broke, will just need to exchange it. No big deal. Second, it's not a 16 foot pole; it's about 11 or so

This is a terrific solution to a thorny problem.

This bulb changing kit is an effective tool for the job it's intended to perform. The suction cup attachment is an elegant solution for BR30 and BR40 bulbs. But bear in mind the rubber part must be kept clean of dust and grease or it won't do the job.
