Purchased this for one of our college kids. Was in great shape and this was needed for one of his college classes.

New Year Resolution: Sanctification

I have only read the Preface and I am already hooked. A friend of mine recommended this book. I am looking forward to the Spiritual Journey! "The vices mark things we need to leave behind. That is our starting point. The virtues mark the end or goal; they give us a picture of the Christlike life in all of its fullness. What's the bridge between the two then? The ancient philosophers would say 'habituation in virtue.' Start practicing. Try harder" (p. viii). With 2024 coming to a close and being the year of prayer...I have made this book, my first book in the year of Jubilee (2025)!
