These valances are nice quality fabric. They have a soft and yet sturdy feel. They arrived in good shape with secure packaging. The bows are perfectly placed. I believe the price is high since I purchased one panel to match for the same price. It was with another store. Free shipping helped and Walmart was the only place I found the valances..
