great hammer that will last a while

this is a wonderful hammer and had good weight and balance despite the smaller weight it may look to be. Very nicely built! I guess a lot of people from foreign countries pay top dollar for these hammer because of how well they are built grade A American quality!

Hammer was shipped in a paper mailer with no additional protection. The hammer had torn through the package (luckily didn't fall out). The hammer is visibly quite dinged up. Which normally I wouldn't care about for a hammer of all things, but the dings are rather eye-catching and, I mean... I'm buying an Estwing. I expect it to be perfect when I first use it.
