Good practical mixer

I love having a real egg beater. No need to insert blades, or mess around with the power cord. This is serviceable for the money. I think I will continue to look in antique stores for an old one with wider blades. This is very noisy (or maybe I just haven't broken it in well enough). Still, a good buy for the money.

Do not allow the word ""vintage"" to mislead you.

As the word vintage implies! I expected to receive a hardy kitchen tool. I received it to find that the handle, wheel, and ""turn arm"" are made of plastic. The only metal parts are the blades and the bolts that are used for the turn arm. I guess for the price, I should not have expected any more than that.
