Cheap Plastic Piece of Junk, Falls off the phone

My daughter wanted this for her 11th birthday. She was so excited when we got this for her. She had fun decorating it, but when she put it on her Iphone 4 it fell right off and yes we used the correct case for her phone. :( She can't use it at all. So upset.
