Excellent intro book for starters

A very approachable book for the masses, no Buddhist or psychology knowledge needed. Thay (Thich Nhat Hanh) has a beautiful, poetic, comforting voice and it definitely shines. I wish it was a little more detailed and specific, though. It is a bit surface level and introductory. But if you're just getting started on Buddhist-inspired self care/healing, then this is a wonderful book and intro to Thay's beautiful voice and wisdom.
