Solid polyester poplin fabric made into a curtain sleeve topper with a top and bottom ruffle. The sleeve has surged edges and no tags sewn in. Each sleeve has a 3 inch pocket in the middle with a header/footer ruffle. Machine washable. Includes 1 sleeve per quantity. *Due to different monitor settings, some colors may seem slightly different on your screen.
