Use Steps:
1.Rinse: Put about 3 teaspoons of seeds or Beans. And soaking Beans or Seeds for 8-12 hours, sometimes you will need put it in the refrigerator.
2.Drain: Rinse the sprouts 2-3 times a day and drain completely (Drain is very important !).
3.Tilt: Tilt the jar to drain the excess water .And make the seed cover the inside of the bottle evenly.
4.Reap: You will get fresh sprouts after 3-5 days.

Warm Notice:
