I LOVE these bar stools. They arrived quickly and needed to be assembled. While I'm not a handyman I thought I could assemble them myself as the instructions were in pictures and looked and were easy to follow. I had overall supervision from a friend who could see the slight difference in the stool's legs. There was one hole on each stool that gave me a little difficulty but I did not need to do anything special to fix it-just elbow grease was needed. All the parts were here, had stickers on them telling you which number they were and included an allen wrench-I just had to provided the phillips screwdriver and a little muscle. But all the pieces seemed to be made from solid wood and not particle board. This added to the sturdiness of the stools. Each leg of the stools came with rubber tips which will protect my hardwood floors. I have received many compliments on the stools. I love Cherry wood so they worked well in my living room/bar area. This is the stool you are looking for; no need to spend lots of time reading all the reviews-I've done that already for you and the results were well worth it. These stools also come with a brown seat. The nail heads in the cushion and the curve in the legs add to the rich beauty of the stools. This product was offered from another seller but I paid an extra $2.17 per stool to have them sold and shipped by Walmart as doing so gave me the option of getting an extended care plan and the option to return the stools locally if needed-and because Walmart has always been fair whenever I needed to exchange or return a product. These stools are so comfortable due to the square , extra padded seat; buying them for me was a win -win situation!
