Awesome beginner plane

This is an awesome beginner plane. I bought it 2 years ago, crashed it many times and the wings came off twice each, but it still flies. Great quality, great fun, great value. The only problem I had was that the spinners came off when it got stuck in a tree. It also can't handle much wind. As a mater of fact it can't handle any wind. It would be best to fly at dusk and dawn to avoid the higher winds. Just make sure you grab an extra battery or two and a bottle of foam safe glue and be prepared to spend many hours outside and inside flying this awesome beginner plane!

Too Nice to be a Beginner Plane

I fly this one, when we are formation flying as a group. We fly ultramicros, and it can be difficult to tell which one's plane is yours. I can tell that this one's mine, with its twin motors. It has no rudder, because it relies on differential thrust from the two motors, to go left or right. Once you have it trimmed out to fly straight and level at half throttle, it's a fun little floater. It does best with a heavier 205mAh or 230mAh 1s lipo battery. Otherwise, it's tail-heavy with a 1s 150mAh lipo. All in all, a great value, comes with its own transmitter radio, and it looks really sporty.

Great customer service practices

Purchased a duet RTF plane from my local hobby shop here in Bakersfield California took it out first time yesterday flew it for about 5 minutes or so and crashed landed on the nose and broke the plane into called my local hobby shop that I purchased it from and they said there was nothing they could do because I crashed it so I contacted Travis at horizon hobbies customer service and he was able to send me a brand new plane not sure about the product yet I assume it's probably a good product I just need to learn how to fly it but customer service was A+ thank you again for getting me back in the air
