cheaply made, works poorly

The gooseneck is WAY too thin and flimsy to support a phone with any stability, especially compared to my previous gooseneck. Attaching my phone to it causes the whole thing to dip almost a full foot with the phone constantly wobbling. The ball-joint on the phone holder part also does not work very well if you want to flip the phone from portrait to landscape.
