Saucony Mens Ride 14 Running Shoe

Been running in the Ride for about 8 years now. Not sure why this iteration is getting the mediocre reviews. This shoe has been great for years and this one is no different. Works on fast days, slow days, long days, you name it. Just the right amount of flexibility and stability with some sweet cushion.

The Ride 14 is almost certainly the best version of the Ride, and I've run in all versions. The Formfit feature, for the first time, works as a single, full-length system. Previous iterations tended to feel as if there were 2 independent pods--heel & forefoot. The result is a lightweight shoe that conforms to the foot throughout the stride as a single unit. For me, this enables a better push-off as well as a stronger feeling that the shoes are working with my feet & right up the chain of levers from ankles to hips. Plus, big style points for the colors. Now, Saucony, don't change a thing.
