It is absolutely Amazing! So much easier to use then the heavy bulky awkward units you insert directly into the window. I've always had window units, and thought they were just as good. However, I was wrong! This is far superior in every way. Very easy to set up, and move around for storage purposes. One of my favourite features is the fact that you can actually leave your screen in the window! So if there is a tiny gap you're not filling your house with insects. Definitely pleased with my purchase.

What a difference! Replaced a single hose Costway unit with this one. Just starting to see info abt %26 availabilty of dual hose models. A little trickier to set up two hoses, but manageable. Cools my 14x22 ft living room %26 even helps to keep adjoining kitchen/dining area with a box fan to direct cool air in that direction. Did not realize that negative pressure created by the single hose model pulled hot air down from attic, as well as cooking odors from my neighbors. Dual hose model has solved that! Have only used cooling mode %26 so far, no condensation to drain, another plus. Veryvglad I got this. Working well for my needs.
