This back brace by Mueller is the most effective brace I have found in relieving or preventing back pain. I wear this when I'm standing for long periods of time and my back starts to ache. I wear this when I'm going to lift heavy objects. I've used other back braces even another one by Mueller. They are too flexible and don't support as well as this one which is rigid.
