BULBS DID NOT GROW! DIED!!!!

I did receive the 2 tiny little bulbs and they did not grow!!!! They died!!! The same thing happened to me, like the previous customer here.... SOOO WRONG!!!! I also purchased 2 Different Plumeria Cuttings
