It's really a beautiful rug, pretty colors and pattern, just like the picture. I didn't get a pad for underneath and will get one to keep it from sliding and make it thicker. My only concern is cleaning. I had a similar rug from a different company and any rug product I used with my shampooer discolored it. This company recommends just a damp sponge or cloth.
