Looks good but really just isn't

I bought this 4 months ago from a plumber and it May look nice and feel comfortable but the flush is pretty weak and and hardly any water comes from the front of the inner bowl. The seat it self is a really not good, so be prepared to get a new seat after a month or two.

Paint gets all type of stains and it is impossible to remove

As a disclaimer I must say I am not sure if this is the model I have, but looks like it, and certainly is one of this family. I bought three Gerber white, avalanche/ergo height toilets and all three have had the same problem: the lids gets stained. I called the plumbing company who sold them to me, and installed them. The first reaction was that was likely stain that can be removed. So they tried to remove the stain and they could not. So, the lid was replaced. Then, happened with a second toilet...same story. The plumbing company thought those were stained from factory, but the stain keeps showing up and no matter what is used to clean, it is not removed. Very bad, especially when you have guests. Finally, in two of the toilets the paint of the handlers fell off. In summary, these not so-cheap toilets, are built with perhaps good internal components, but the paint is evidently cheap, and really make you think why did I buy these toilets. Totally upset with them.
