No padding included

If you are trying to protect a female in season from a male dog, they may work. if you are using the panties for a incontinent dog or to contain menstrual fluid, it will not work the way it is. The outer layer is thin, the inner layer is very lose netting and there is no padding at all in between. There is no opening to insert a pad behind the netting. If you stick a pad onto the netting since it is so lose, I am not sure it would stay in the right place.
