Product is good but the customer service it outstanding

Purchased these extensions so I wouldn't have to be digging in the back of my PA amp case when I set up. They were just what I needed except one was defective. I sent an email to them about it and 2 days later I had a replacement at no charge. The new one works perfect. It's not that something went wrong it's the way I was treated after the fact! I was a priority to them and they took care of me - that's gold in my book.

Just what I needed

These cables are great. I wanted to be able to leave wires hooked to my power amp in my rack and not have to bend and hunt the connection on the back of the amp. These did the trick.
