I ordered a SMALL, based on the measurements provided, but the bathing suit is more snug than I'd like, especially in the torso. (I am 4'11'', 96 lbs.). It is a polyester material, and not very soft and smooth. The padded bra cups are not attached and float around in the lining. I will keep it to swim laps in the pool but will add material to the shoulder straps and will attach the bra cups.
