These gloves are exactly what I needed and definitely will protect you from any kind of nasty stuff you may get into while weeding. I had recently got sime bad poison ivy even on my hands while wearing gloves so I threw those away and got these which I've been protected since including the space between your wrist and sleeve that most regular sized gloves don't cover up. Don't do any serious weeding without these gloves!!!

Very well made and I really like the little plastic case for keeping them in. I bought these so I could prune my big pyracantha bush myself instead of having to pay someone else to do it (plus done the way I wanted it done). It takes a lot to not have the thorns on that thing come right thru your clothing, and not one time did that happen. And I was really into that bush! Looks so pretty now, and a LOT of old dead stuff is gone. I would not have even attempted it without these gloves, and now I can just keep up with the pruning. Could not be happier!
