Each set includes 3 plastic flameless pillar candles and 1 six-button remote, which is very useful when the flameless candles are not easy to access. With the remote, you can turn on and off the candles and also set the timers. There are four timers available, 4-hour, 5-hour, 6-hour and 8-hour. These are automatic on and off daily timers. For example, if you press 4H button on the remote, you set the 4-hour timer. The flameless candles turn off in 4 hours from the time you pushed the button automatically and turn on again automatically in 20 hour. This 4-hour on/20-hour off cycle repeats daily, you do not need to push the button again. Each candle requires 2 AA alkaline batteries (not included).
