It is my pleasure to review this lock. I purchased directly from the company's US website. They said it may be easier to deal with warranty issues in the future. Their pre and post sales support was amazing. Responding quickly to my questions and even making quick updates to their website when I pointed out some small issues. The lock is heavy and solid. The wheels do not perfectly align always, but I only worried about that when I set my own code. Otherwise, all is working well and I registered the product. I wish the numbers were larger so I could open the lock without my reading glasses (I am getting old). I really recommend this lock.

Nice lock.
I like the lock and it's big and beefy, but I was skeptical about the plastic body. I guess by the weight of the whole lock that the plastic just covers a metal body. I am wondering if a good whack with a hammer or something like that would break the lock open. Well I'm not going to destroy it to test my wonders, but it is a concern I have. Especially if you use it outdoors and the plastic gets brittle. The large shaft is to big for a trailer lock with their small holes, but it is perfect for a hasp on buildings and such. Overall it seems to be a nick lock.
