It tastes OK and has good pigment but it just does

It tastes OK and has good pigment but it just does not dry! It takes forever to even harden. My cookies would be dried out by the time it takes to harden. Ruins anything else I've made. I wish they made black frosting that would dry instead of whatever this is.
