I love it ---I use it on everything---not just salads ---AND I use less dressing- it highlights any greens ---the flavor is deep ---it really comes through ----and smells so good--really rich without piling it on---although ----I do that too!!!! my never-fail delicious variation for any favorite recipe or condiment I use it with or instead of mayonnaise --- like deviled eggs----just chill -split them open add a little Kewpie and sprinkle with some more toasted sesame seeds...white or black ... ...finely sliced green onions...look beautiful and they go fast omg...add a little to mayo---to make the BEST tuna salad EVER show-stopper dip with grilled chicken or kebobs---serve warm or room temp after cooking make a mixture and drizzle kewpie a little sesame oil a light splash of sushi vinegar or a hint of really good balsamic make plenty for dipping or run a line of dressing down romaine leaves instead of bread and stuff with chopped tomatoes --cucumbers--ad basil ---or try homemade tabouleh--anything--a quick fix when you are hungry --tired -don't want to make or clean up a mess leftovers--- spread kewpie on pita halves and stuff with warm or cold roasted vegetables------cooked eggplant--next day-even IF it is not your favorite --it will be coast baby potatoes ---almost anything out of an air fryer--before or after mix up ground meat --make combos--(beef--pork--lamb is unbelievable) thinly sliced leftover turkey breast thinly sliced onion -peppers (red-green--yellow-orange) tomatoes shredded lettuce--cabbage--alfalfa --peas sprout ---whatever you have light layer of kewpie on fresh lavash---best roll ops on the planet any or all of these suggestion ----put everything out and let everyone make their own

Best salad dressing! It's got good ingredients. Only thing we use for our salad for my entire family. My daughter asks for salad pretty much everyday now.
