I purchased a new toner cartridge for our printer at Staples. When I got the cartridge home and installed it the printer was still giving me the message of “needs toner.” I called the store and happened to get Will the store manager (Lansing MI-Marketplace Dr) on the phone. He was incredibly kind and helpful. I took the printer into the store and he spent a LOT of time trying to figure out what the problem was. Once we decided (together) that I needed to purchase a new printer he refunded the toner cartridge I had purchased and began trying to find a new printer for me. All this time he was again kind patient knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I wanted to make sure the “higher ups” at Staples are aware of the kind of staff you have working for you. This man is truly one who represents Staples in a very positive light and the reason I will continue to do business there but also recommend your services to anyone who I can share this experience with. He (Will) deserves your positive attention and recognition. I hope that will happen. Thank you.

I like the fact that one week fits on a double page with Saturday and Sunday counting as full days. The latter is important because I have more appointments on weekends than on weekdays. I like the ruled lines as this enables more text to be carried legibly.
