My order is as delivered in May 14th, but I didn't receive it, I tried to talk to Fedex about it, and they created a ticket but I never get a response on this, also I'm not in US anymore, so the Walmart's phone does not work, so I'm not able to solve my problem and I can't get refunded for a product I didn't even received

Open boxed camera, not advertised as such

This came with no manual, no warrenty and clearly was not even factory reset prior to sending. Was no advertised that way. As of right now, 1 star, depending on the return process. the camera its self seems like a great camera but im wary as to why its an open box.
