I was excited to see this product offered today. My mother used to bake cakes for events, like weddings and birthdays, and she used a home-made version of this product for her cake baking. I also bake cakes these days, and I will use this product to improve my cake baking outcomes. It makes for a more level top surface to the cake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This simple baking strips works wonderfully! When used for the 1st time, I was very apprehensive about it, but to my surprised it really work. My cake baked even and I didn't have to trim the tops before icing the cake. Since I purchased these items, not only have I used it once, but have used them already 7 times.!!!
