Dissatisfied with not receiving my refund from Ros

Pretty dress but runs big. Returned to store but since Rosneck is a 3rd party vendor. Walmart sent it back to them (once again 3rd party) %26 once they receive dress the refund will be issued. In my case I'm still waiting %26 retuned it on 3/19. Walmarts customer service is impossible %26 I need a translator as I'm sure the employee does as well. Several frustrating phone calls %26 equally as many emails. So no merchandise, no refund %26 no resolution other than Walmart saying the refund was issued. Will not purchase from a 3rd party again.
