By using this non-reflective lamp the glass pendant as well as the surrounding area is well illuminated. Many of the existing colored glass pendants use standard MR-16 with dichroic reflectors . While these reflectors still spill light to the back of the lamp to illuminate the glass however it changes the color of the glass because of the dichroic filter and it causes color shift over time.
