If you can do setup needed it's a great bargain

Insanely low price for an F-style instrument. Not really playable as delivered, but I knew what was required and how to do it. A bit of fileing, good new strings, and a proper set-up (had to move the bridge) and voila a good playable instrument with nice bright sound

Cheaply made. Showed up with dings and scratches.

This is very obviously a cheaply made instrument. It arrived with small dings, and flaws. A lot of the fret ends weren't filed down properly, and the white boarder that is supposed to give the instrument a nice edge appeal, looks to be carelessly applied, and doesn't even connect. All inn all, you get what you pay for. It is a nice f bodied mandolin, and does have a decent sound. Definitley a beginners instrument.
