Nice l8ghting.

I have had these bulbs in 2 fixtures for close to 20 years and have only had to replace 1-2 x. The lighting is very nice and the bulbs have served me well .

Poor product life

Bought October 2013, stopped working July 2014. Package says lasts up to 4 years, I didn't even get a year. This is the 3rd one I've bought. Guess I'll be going for a different brand. And yes I did read that the lifetime is effected by how many times it is turned on and off. It is generally turned on only during cooking and in the middle of the night. So its time on is limited to maybe 3 hours a day and is turned on maybe 4 times in a 24 hour period. :(
