After considerable research, including contacting the Corona company, to find a replacement blade with the same attachment hole configuration as the original, I was able to get the correct part number and order it from Walmart. It fit on the pole correctly, so no order/return/re-order sequence was required and it was delivered without problems. None of the big box stores carried it, at least not out of season.
