SELLER TRIED TO SCAM ME! Shipped 1 - not 10.

I placed an order for 10 - T-posts for $39 . The seller sent me one! I wrote the seller on the day it arrived and asked them to send the rest of my order. It said I would receive a response in 48 hours. They have not responded. I guess I will have to stop payment with my credit card company. Also, the item arrived 4 days after I was told it would. So disappointing! I had to drive to Tractor Supply and purchase what I needed at less than $5.00 each.
