Almost bought a new garage door opener

My genie garage door opener is 20 years old. Never had a problem with it. It started getting cold and it went up 8 inches and stopped. So I figured I'd buy a trolley and some lubricant and try it. I used brake cleaner to clean the old grease off the screw drive. And a potty knife on a rag to get grease out of the thin channel the trolley rides in. Now it works perfect again.
