Minwax Professional Formula Sanding Sealer, 1 Quart

We remodeled our home with pine, walls and ceilings about 5 years ago. The contractor that we hired to finish the wood recommend using sand and seal over polyurethane due to his experience (he has been painting and sealing for over 30 yrs) because polyurethane will yellow and crack over time. We wanted to keep the natural look and we told him we trusted him with his recommendation. We are so happy we did. 5 yrs later we are still in love with the finish and look. It looks like it was just applied. He did put three coats on and there has been so change in coloring or cloudy areas, and we did not use any other products.
