Instructions
• Apply Magnesium Oil with Aloe Vera directly to the skin or spray on and rub into the skin. Avoid cuts or open skin and tender skin. A warm, tingling sensation is normal. • May be applied directly to the bottoms of the feet or to areas of discomfort. • May be used as a foot soak by adding 1 to 3 ounces of Magnesium Oil with Aloe Vera to warm water and soaking feet for 20-30 minutes. • For a relaxing bath, add 2 to 4 ounces of Magnesium Oil with Aloe Vera to warm bath water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. • Do not use if experiencing kidney failure. • Keep out of the reach of children.
