Sad to say, save your time

Looks like the old traditional Rope Jumprope which works like a charm. But this nylon rope is too light and had too much air resistance to keep the rope moving at an acceptable pace. I wish it worked as it should. The good news, Walmart had an everlast speed rope that works great
