Strong adhesive makes application a bit difficult and any hair or lint is noticeable initially, but difficult to detect after it dries completely. From outside, not noticeable, just an absence of lower half of my curtains. Great for if you have pets looking out your windows.

I thought the kit came with tape per instructions, but I had to use my own tape. So the instructions were not very clear all the way. I was also sceptical about using soapy water, but the end result is very nice. Adherence is great, the film looks like a mirror from the outside, and intallation was very easy.

Very happy I got this. Really good at cutting out the sun bleaching UV rays. Installation is simple.: on a clean window, You prefit the size. Then spray with diluted dish soap split the clear plastic from the color film. Slide it into place and squeeze out the air pockets withe a squeegee.
