Club guard golf case

Needed a case for a trip to Florida to play golf, read the reviews and was ready to do some things to alter this case if needed to make the flight. The reviews I read were not good, but the price was right and reviewers said different things needed to be done to this case. Before I picked this case up from Walmart I went to Duhanms sports to see if they had one. They did and it was 79.00 and I looked it over and decieded if the one at Walmart was not good , I'd just return it and go to Duhanms. Went to Walmart to pick mine up and was surprised to see it was the same one Duhanms had for 30.00 less. Held my clubs from Pa to Fl with no issues and was easy to wheel thru airport

Good for the Price

Many reviews complained that this item was constructed poorly, with breaking hinges. I purchased it because our travel with the bag will be infrequent and did not want to spend $150-$300 for a more robust bag, so we took our chances with the quality. Our bag was fine. We have been careful opening and closing it and used a strap in case in broke during use. We have had no issues, the bag performs fine. We placed 2 TSA approved locks on it, the agents opened it both legs of our trip, with no breakage. So, the hinges were of sufficient quality to handle inspection by persons who may not care about being careful with it. We also purchased this bag because it appeared to be on the smaller side and we did not want a huge bag. The size was perfect for our use and fit in the rental car. Overall happy with the purchase.
