Highly recommend

Bottle is a great size for travel. I've used this brand of castor oil before, its great for using on the skin as a moisturizer at night for very dry skin. I use it on the backs of my gardeners hands, when used consistently it does help them look less disstressed

Great for Skin Hair !!

I love this coconut oil! I use to make homemade Hair Detangler, also for Massaging and rubbing on those Dry areas like knees elbows. Great value for all it's uses! Makes my skin hair soft! Will be getting more of this

Fractionated Coconut Oil

I've known of the many benefits and uses for coconut oil for quite awhile. This is a high quality, great value for fractionated coconut oil. It absorbs quickly and doesn't have a sticky or oily residue. The four ounce size is perfect because a little goes a long way. I'm using it for it's hormone balancing properties as well as for diluting essential oils. I highly recommend this product
