Wilson/Weboost does not divulge all
I read all the reviews and high hopes for this product. My cell signal is very weak where I live and all I learned about the Wilson, now Weboost, DT4G cell signal booster indicated it was what I needed. Installation was easy, but the device did not work. I have about -110 to -122 dB 4G signal around the outside of my home and about the same inside. The signal was not boosted at all with the purchased signal booster. In fact, it decline to 3G in some instances and locations. With maximum gain I still could not get an increase in signal strength no matter where I stood in relation to the inside antenna. Calling technical support at Weboost was no help as after two hours I still could not get an answer. Finally, I emailed tech support and got a reply, over 24 hours later! What they told me made me even more upset...that you have to have at least a -95dB or better for the device to work! If I had -95 dB signal strength I would not have purchased the unit in the first place! I am sending this unit back pronto. If you do decide to make this purchase, check your signal strength in and around your house first as it may not do you any good to buy it!
