Not what I thought it was!

This is so tiny that I don't know what you would use it for. I had intended to use it for a bird house but way too small to use for that. I'm probably going to send it back since there is nothing I can think of that it would go with. The picture is deceiving of size and style. As for the material it's self, it is probably good but as I said before way too small for even doll house material.
