This product is clearly not what Horizon Hobby says it is. Problem is with Saito's system of categorizing their replacement parts, etc. This item is stated to be for .40 and .45 Saito engines as well as others. It is clearly not for the .40 or .45 engine prop shafts. Horizon Hobbies customer service claims it is 7mmX1 and is listed that size in Saito paperwork everywhere. THE .40 AND .45 PROP SHAFT SIZE IS 6MM X 1. Saito's system of categorizing their parts by simple meaningless letter codes makes their data relatively useless to the modeler searching for an item. Goodness knows the people in customer service are rendered techncally non knowledgeable of Saito true data. Needless to say they swear up and down that this item fits the Saito .45! WRONG!
